Job summary

AppLovin is seeking a Product Manager in Palo Alto to voice the user, own how we learn about our users and the US market, and translate insights into product decisions. You will spend significant time talking with users, studying the market, and turning feedback into clear insights that shape our roadmap.

Qualifications

3-6 years in product management or related roles.
Startup experience and ownership mindset preferred.
Ability to turn qualitative feedback into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct user research: recruit participants, interview, synthesize findings.
Perform market and competitive research; spend time in apps to understand how things work.
Convert support tickets, app reviews, and community feedback into structured insights.
Analyze why users return or drop off and propose actions to improve retention.
Identify what motivates users to share and engage, proposing distinctive features.
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to translate insights into roadmap priorities.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to the team and leadership.
