Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Manager in Rockville, MD to own the end-to-end lifecycle of user-experience products from discovery through delivery and iteration. You will partner with Technology and Business stakeholders to shape vision, build strategic roadmaps, and drive priorities that deliver measurable outcomes.

Role requires 5+ years in product management, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn ambiguity into plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and UX Design to deliver user-centered products that solve business problems.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap; contribute to budgeting and business cases.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize based on impact, value, and effort.
• Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Guide cross-functional teams through development and align with strategic goals.
• Drive continuous improvement through user research, usability testing, and sentiment analysis.
