Elios, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own product direction, lead discovery and delivery activities, and mentor teams.

You will partner with clients, collaborate with design, engineering, and QA, and drive initiatives from concept through launch in a high-impact software environment. As a senior product leader, you will shape strategy, define success metrics, and ensure solutions meet business and technical objectives while coaching other managers and elevating best practices

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management leading complex software projects.
• Expertise in discovery facilitation, product strategy, and delivery execution.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage client relationships.
• Experience mentoring other Product Managers and contributing to organizational growth.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery workshops to translate challenges into roadmaps and user stories.
• Guide cross-functional teams through the SDLC from ideation to release.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA for feasibility and user needs alignment.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities.
