Job description

Ready to be part of the Legal Tech revolution?

Legal teams need to keep business moving while protecting their organizations. When contracts, corporate records, and governance decisions sit across disconnected tools, getting a reliable answer can hold up the next decision.

At DiliTrust, we build software that helps legal teams manage that work and contribute more directly to business decisions. Our Legal Operating System covers contracts, corporate entities, board activities, and legal matters.

What you'll find at DiliTrust:

  • Innovation: Be at the forefront of legal technology.

  • Global collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams across an international, multicultural environment.

  • Career growth: Grow and develop within a global legal technology company.

  • Stimulating culture: Work in a culture that values ownership, initiative, excellence, and team spirit.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will help shape DiliTrust products for the US market. You will work across multiple products and turn customer and market input into clear product decisions, then follow those decisions through discovery, development, release, and adoption.

Within your assigned scope, you will own product priorities, backlog organization, sprint coordination, and release decisions. Engineering leadership owns delivery planning and technical execution. You will help execute functional testing and product validation when needed, while making sure everyone understands the customer problem, intended outcome, priorities, acceptance criteria, and trade‑offs behind what we build.

What you'll own:

  • Understand the problem before defining the solution. Work with Customer Success, Customer Care, Sales, Project Management, and Account Management to understand how US legal and governance teams work, where customers encounter friction, and what would make a meaningful difference. Use customer feedback and interviews surfaced through those teams, together with product usage, support feedback, and market research, to distinguish recurring needs from one‑off requests.

  • Set priorities across products. Maintain a clear, evidence‑based roadmap and backlog for your scope. Weigh customer value, commercial impact, product strategy, and technical complexity. Explain what we will do, what we will not do, and why, while bringing US market needs into discussions with the broader Product team.

  • Manage priorities through delivery. Own the product backlog and sprint organization in Jira for the assigned product scope. Translate agreed priorities into sprint‑ready work, maintain the product backlog and coordinate sprint priorities with Engineering, keeping scope, priorities and status current throughout the delivery cycle.

  • Make requirements ready to build and test. Partner with Product Design and Engineering to explore solutions and validate assumptions. Write clear problem statements, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria, including edge cases and permissions. Give Engineering the product context it needs to implement and validate functional behavior.

  • Participate in functional testing and product validation. Help execute test scenarios based on product requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, permissions, and edge cases. Document findings, confirm expected behavior, and help verify fixes before release.

  • Support defect triage and retesting. Work with Engineering to reproduce and document issues, clarify their product impact, prioritize them appropriately, and retest fixes when needed.

  • Contribute to release readiness. Provide product input on whether delivered work meets the agreed requirements and acceptance criteria before it moves to production.

  • Connect product decisions with customer commitments. Help Sales and Customer Success assess product fit, evaluate requests, and prepare proposals. Work with Project Management, implementation teams, and integration specialists to separate configuration needs, integration work, and reusable product improvements. Keep roadmap communication grounded in confirmed delivery plans.

  • Close the feedback loop after release. Give Product Enablement the context it needs for documentation and training. After release, measure adoption and customer outcomes, investigate gaps, and decide what needs to change.

  • Support clear issue routing and continuous improvement. Help Customer Care distinguish expected behavior from a functional gap, ensuring improvement requests reach the product backlog and defects follow the Engineering process. Work with cross‑functional partners to identify recurring issues, clarify priorities, and improve product workflows over time.

AI is part of how we work

DiliTrust fully embraces artificial intelligence across its business processes and software development. You will be expected to use AI in your own product work, including research synthesis, prototyping, specification drafting, analysis, and workflow automation.

You should know how to check AI-generated work, protect confidential information, and recognize when an output needs further investigation or human review. You will also help identify where AI can solve a real customer problem by working with Engineering and product stakeholders to define intended behavior, evaluation criteria, and human controls. R&D remains responsible for reviewing and merging all code into the product, including AI-generated code.

Profile

You have managed B2B SaaS products through discovery, delivery, and iteration. You can explain the decisions you made, the evidence behind them, and what happened after launch.

You are comfortable balancing needs surfaced by customer‑facing teams against a shared product strategy. You can hold a productive conversation with Sales about a deal‑blocking request, then work through feasibility and scope with Engineering without losing sight of the underlying problem.
