Job summary

RTO National is expanding its internal Software Development team and seeks a Product Manager to bridge business operations with Software Development, BI, and IT. The role translates business needs into clear product requirements and actionable development work, working closely with the Senior Product Manager to move solutions from concept through adoption.

The ideal candidate collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintains structured backlog, and supports end-user training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant cross-functional experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives, workflows, and technology needs with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Support full product lifecycle from discovery through adoption.
• Review features to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Maintain organized product backlog with Senior Product Manager and development team.
• Translate strategic priorities into sprint-ready work.
• Be a resource for operational teams on product enhancements and changes.
• Assist with product demonstrations and end-user training.
• Gather feedback post-implementation to assess continued fit.
