Carlisle is seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager, TPO to join our Marketing team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the growth, development, and long-term success of a key product line by driving innovation, managing product strategy, and collaborating across multiple business functions. As Product Manager, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept generation and development through launch, commercialization, and continuous improvement for TPO and Membrane Products. You will work closely with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment on product objectives and business goals. Through customer and market research, including Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives and field evaluations, you will identify opportunities for innovation and help shape future product roadmaps.
Key responsibilities include leading new product development efforts, creating multi-generational product plans, managing product budgets, overseeing code compliance and certifications, supporting sustainability initiatives, and driving long-term product line growth. You will also mentor and develop a Product Specialist while supporting international expansion efforts and representing Carlisle within industry associations.
