Job Overview

The Payments organization is a motivated, forward‑thinking team of high‑talent product managers focused on delivering innovative payment services through today's most important platforms and beyond. We seek to transform customer experiences, simplify how we do business, and drive product excellence with a focus on controls, simplicity, and consistency.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution, and prioritization.
  • Monitor against agreed goals and benchmarks, identify, scope, and find implementation paths for needed enhancements, and create remediation plans when necessary.
  • Work with Technology and Design teams to lead product development efforts.
  • Conduct pre‑release reviews, including regression testing and quality assurance, to certify releases as production ready.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Risk, Control, Compliance, Legal) to maintain a strong risk and controls environment.
  • Deliver communications to executives and leadership on strategy and progress.
  • Publish regular executive reports summarizing product health, industry and competitive trends, and the voice of the customer.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, digital, product management and/or Agile software development.
  • Deep experience in online payments, including card tokenization, digital wallets, and e‑commerce payments.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and a demonstrated ability to build digital products.
  • Ability to think strategically and connect the dots to the bigger picture while diving into details required for successful execution.
  • Proven success in collaborating, influencing, and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders across product, technology, and design.
  • Proven track record of managing risk and controls.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a comparable field of study.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), open Banking, and engineering practices.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a comparable field of study.
