As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our product management practices, fostering innovation, and delivering customer-focused products. The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of constraints from various business functions such as marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy. You will also develop deep knowledge of our users and analyze customer engagement data. Additionally, tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape relevant to our products is essential.

What You'll Do Here

  • Collaborate with product and portfolio management leadership to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives.
  • Work with research and design teams to conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Use customer-centric methodologies, including user research, interviews, and data analysis, to identify problems and validate solutions.
  • Conduct rapid prototyping, user testing, and iterative feedback to refine products and ensure market fit.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritize features and define release plans in collaboration with engineering, design, and other teams, considering customer value, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.
  • Apply agile methodologies and customer-centric principles to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define user stories, prioritize backlog items, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support product launches, drive adoption, and facilitate successful market entry.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback for ongoing improvements.
  • Conduct post-release evaluations, retrospectives, and A/B testing to inform future enhancements and strategic decisions.

Skills You'll Need Here

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven knowledge of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
  • At least 2 years of experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager, designer, engineer, data analyst, or researcher.
  • Ability to learn and understand multiple business functions such as engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and communicate solutions clearly using data-informed narratives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and leadership.

Compensation

We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The full salary range for this position is $77,100 - $100,000 USD, with variations based on qualifications, experience, location, and internal equity. Sales roles may include additional incentives. More details at Total Rewards Philosophy.
