Job summary

Heliux is building the AI-native operating system for the manufacturing enterprise. We’re reshaping how engineering and manufacturing run by unifying operations and eliminating fragmentation across teams.

The role leads the Supply Chain OS roadmap, partnering with customers’ supply chains to capture needs, define requirements, and drive release sequencing. You’ll be customer-facing from sales through deployment and post-go-live.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading supply chain efforts for hardware products shipped to customers.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Comfort working with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers' supply chain and manufacturing teams to understand their work.
• Translate needs into well-defined product requirements for design and engineering.
• Own end-to-end roadmap for Supply Chain OS, including priorities and releases.
• Draft release communications for customers and prospects across channels.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure platform coherence.
