Allegion is seeking a Product Manager – Specialty Doors in Greensburg, PA to drive end-to-end product development, pricing, and market strategy within the Hollow Metal Door & Frame unit.

You will analyze market trends, define strategies, and lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to launch, while collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Design. Flexible remote work with occasional on-site visits is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4+ years in product management or product marketing.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and pricing strategy.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and based in Greensburg, PA.
• Experience in building products industry and cross-brand partnerships (preferred).
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full product development lifecycle from concept to launch and end-of-life.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify needs and trends.
• Define product marketing strategies, including pricing, packaging, and budgets.
• Evaluate multi-brand products to improve margins and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Design on specs and requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations to forecast and assess manufacturing capacity.
