Job summary

Supabase is a Postgres development platform offering a complete backend solution. The Product Manager, Spark Projects will lead a new project type built for how agents use infrastructure and establish Spark as the default starting point for agent‑built software.

You will own the strategy, define the path from experiment to production, shape packaging and pricing, and partner with Platforms customers to bring Spark to them first.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in developer tools or infrastructure.
• Strong point of view on agent-driven development and backend needs for developers and platforms.
• Experience with AI evaluations, controlled experimentation, and data analysis.
• Bias toward speed, shipping, learning, and iteration over perfecting a spec.
• Ability to build with ownership and form judgments through firsthand use.
• Proficiency with asynchronous work and written decision making in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Spark projects from MVP to general availability.
• Define the path from experiment to production, including project lifecycle from claim to growth.
• Shape packaging and pricing in collaboration with Engineering, Growth, and Finance.
• Partner with Platforms customers to understand needs and bring Spark to them first.
• Define success metrics, instrument end-to-end, and guide data-driven decisions.
• Work asynchronously in a fully remote team, shipping and iterating rapidly.
