Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Manager for Industrial Solid State Circuit Breakers in Moon Township, PA. This hybrid role involves leading strategy, commercialization, and growth for the new SSCB portfolio, while shaping the global product roadmap and go-to-market plans.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, marketing and regional teams to launch breakthrough protection technologies and drive profitable growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or engineering focused on electrical components and/or systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide product application knowledge and develop tactical and strategic plans for the product line.
• Create customer and technical presentations using product and application knowledge.
• Perform ad hoc data mining and analysis to support decisions.
• Lead new product development and go-to-market plans for the product line.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs to optimize service and market penetration.
• Understand sales channels and negotiate resources to maximize growth opportunities.
• Develop marketing collateral to educate sales and customers about Solid State products.
• Support training programs and marketing collateral to achieve market penetration goals.
