Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Software Product Manager in Somerville, MA to drive software product strategy for our multi-domain printers. You will interact with customers, customer service, design, and engineering to identify needs and define roadmaps that improve how users design, prototype, and manufacture with Formlabs' software and hardware ecosystem.

You’ll interface with our customer service team, design, and engineering to identify, define and ship the best solutions to solve customer problems. Our printers are interesting and complex machines combining software, hardware, and materials science. Like a Tesla, software is the key component that enables us to continually ship improvements for our printers. If you’re excited to tackle this role on real world products, we want you to join us as a Software Product Manager.**Hear from SLS Leader Matt Ewertowski on what it’s like to build products at Formlabs in this video!****Our software product portfolio spans many areas and it’s rapidly growing, including:**1. **Firmware/UI**: Supporting our 3D printers with industrial quality 3D printing enabled by firmware and world-class user experience enabled by the UI on each machine2. **Desktop**: Preform is the command and control engine for our 3D printers. Evolve the feature set that our customers use every day to initiate prints on our close to 100k printers in the field.3. **IoT**: Dashboard is the gateway for our customers to our products. Help us make the printers more connected to enable remote monitoring, scheduling, etc.4. **Workflows**: our customers come from a variety of industries. The base pay will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact on the organization.The annual base pay range for this role is:$125,000—$150,000 USD
