Job summary

Echodyne is seeking a Product Manager to support the development and delivery of EchoWare, our radar software product. This role translates priorities into clear, actionable work for Engineering and ensures delivered functionality meets product requirements.

You will collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Test to resolve tradeoffs, refine backlogs, and validate delivered features. This is a fast-paced, technical environment with multiple stakeholders and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management or related software role.
• Experience guiding software engineering teams through development and release.
• Ability to translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience maintaining and refining product backlogs in Jira or a similar tool.
• Working knowledge of Agile development practices and understanding of technical tradeoffs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively in a technical, fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Make tactical product decisions within established direction; elevate changes affecting scope, priorities, product intent, or customer commitments.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, and Test to resolve tradeoffs, agree on what done means, and validate delivered functionality against requirements.
• Capture defects, limitations, and follow-up work and bring customer and field feedback back to the Product team.
• Build working knowledge of EchoWare, customer workflows, integrations, and operational use cases to inform product decisions.

DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Familiarity with radar, sensor software, defense, security, or airspace management applications.

The expected annual salary range for this role is

$114,330 — $170,980 USD
