Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time, telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed designs, specifications, and user stories for features in Veeva applications.
2. Coordinate with Veeva's product teams for dependent development work.
3. Collaborate with software and quality assurance engineers to deliver features and integrations.
4. Work with the Customer Success team to promote feature adoption and support customers directly as needed.
5. Engage with customers to gather feedback on existing features and understand new business challenges.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Life Sciences, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software product management or related roles.
• Experience in defining product strategy, creating UI mockups, technical specifications, and cross-team collaboration.
