Noble Machines in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Product Manager to own the simulation platform that lets engineers and customers test, evaluate, and validate AI models before deployment on robots at job sites.

You will bridge AI engineering and simulation software teams, turning needs into clear requirements, workflows, and milestones while ensuring the platform remains usable for customers evaluating Noble Machines on their sites. This hands-on role sets the roadmap and writes the specs.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management or hybrid product/engineering, with technical ownership.
Substantive conversation ability on robotics simulation and autonomous systems.
Experience defining evaluation tasks and metrics for ML models.
Ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and turn into specs.
Strong technical writing and cross-functional communication.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Robotics/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
Based onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and priorities for the simulation product across internal and customer use.
Define platform requirements with AI engineers and simulation software engineers.
Write specs and milestone plans for both groups and manage sequencing.
Conduct structured discovery with customers to understand evaluations and evidence needed.
Build digital twins from site requirements and turn into reproducible assets and scenarios.
Define customer workflows to test AI models against a twin of their site.
Own onboarding, guides, and reference material for customer evaluations.
Define and track platform success metrics and organize the roadmap accordingly.
