Job summary

Noble Machines in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Product Manager for Simulation and Digital Twin to own the platform that lets engineers and customers test AI models and workflows on digital twins. You will translate needs into specs, drive the roadmap, and collaborate with AI and simulation engineers to deliver a fast, measurable testbed.

Lead two user groups—internal engineers and external customers—while writing clear specs, defining milestones, and ensuring alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a hybrid product/engineering path with ownership of a technical product used by engineers (simulation, testing, developer tooling, ML infrastructure, or data platforms).
• Fluency in robotics or autonomy simulation to discuss how a simulated environment maps to real-world behavior.
• Fluency in ML model evaluation to define tasks and metrics that make a policy validated.
• Comfortable serving two user groups — internal engineers and external customers — and able to balance competing needs.
• Strong technical writing and cross-functional communication; turn complex input into structured specs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Robotics/Engineering or related field. Optional onsite work in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and priorities for Noble Machines’ simulation product, aligning internal engineering and customer-facing evaluation.
• Define platform requirements for model development, evaluation tasks, metrics, and data pipelines.
• Define the platform roadmap with fidelity, asset pipelines, scenario authoring, evaluation infrastructure, and performance targets.
• Write specs and milestone plans that guide both engineering groups and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Conduct structured discovery with customers to understand evaluation criteria and evidence required for pilots.
• Create reusable digital twins from customer requirements and translate field operating conditions into reproducible simulations.
• Define customer workflows to test AI models on twin sites and support evaluations and pilots.
• Own customer training and documentation to enable customers to run evaluations independently.
• Define and track platform success metrics like engineering adoption and time-to-first-evaluation.
