Job description

At Natera, we’re on a mission to make personalized genetic testing and diagnostics part of the standard of care—empowering earlier, more targeted interventions that lead to longer, healthier lives.

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Manager with a passion for designing and delivering high-impact, user-centric solutions. This role is part of Natera’s Digital Product Management team, which partners across the organization to develop technology-enabled tools that improve operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience. You’ll collaborate with engineering, UX, operations, and business stakeholders to drive scalable, sustainable service innovations.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Identify and define new product opportunities in partnership with internal stakeholders, prioritizing those that deliver measurable business value.
  2. Translate concepts into clear requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows) and partner with engineering and UX to bring solutions to life.
  3. Lead change management initiatives in collaboration with operational leadership to ensure successful adoption of new features.
  4. Define and track KPIs to assess product performance and engagement; analyze data to inform roadmap decisions and identify new opportunities.
  5. Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and QA teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  6. Evaluate potential solutions—balancing “build vs. buy” decisions to optimize impact, speed, and scalability.
Qualifications
  1. 3-5+ years of experience in product management; background in healthcare, biotech, healthtech, or customer service preferred.
  2. Proven track record of building and launching internal or customer service tools; experience with Salesforce and Twilio is a plus.
  3. Ability to dive deep into complex problems and come up with creative, scalable solutions.
  4. Highly adaptable and self-motivated; comfortable rolling up sleeves and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; experienced in influencing cross-functional teams and building stakeholder alignment.
  6. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); comfortable using data to drive product strategy.
  7. Experience working within an agile development environment; prior success leading remote or distributed engineering teams is a plus.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
