AlertMedia is hiring a Product Manager to turn real-world security expertise into social intelligence software that helps teams identify credible threats sooner and protect people when it matters most.

The role focuses on deep customer understanding, roadmap ownership, and close collaboration with Engineering and Design to translate problems into actionable specs. Remote-friendly, US-based candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Operational experience protecting people, businesses, or brands in security or related fields.
• Hands-on use of threat intelligence tools in a practitioner role.
• Demonstrated product management experience or ownership of a product-adjacent function.
• Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions from incomplete information.
• Advanced written and verbal communication, able to discuss technical concepts with engineers and strategists.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the personas we serve, including security, intelligence, and protection teams.
• Interview customers and prospects to produce concrete problem statements.
• Own a value stream in the Risk Intelligence roadmap and prioritize work.
• Translate customer problems into specifications with acceptance criteria.
• Prototype with AI tooling to quickly validate ideas with customers.
