Job summary

Field AI is seeking a Product Manager for Security & Urban Operations to own the real-time perception at the edge, reporting and dashboards, and the customer journey for security/urban-operations accounts. You will work with deployment teams and field engineers to translate customer needs into prioritized problems and a crisp product roadmap.

You will collaborate daily with engineering, sales, and field teams to shape the product, define scope, and drive CRISP acceptance criteria while advancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven product management experience shipping SaaS/software end-to-end.
• Experience in security or urban-operations domains is highly desirable.
• Strong discovery skills with ability to translate field reality into prioritized problems.
• Track record of owning scope, sequencing work, and driving crisp technical discussions with engineers.
• Excellent communication to shape GTM narratives and support sales as the product voice.

Responsibilities

• Own customer problem discovery with customers, field teams, and deployment engineers.
• Define, sequence, and commit product scope with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead daily with engineering to translate problems into elegant solutions.
• Rank needs by priority and maintain disciplined intake from customers and field teams.
• Own GTM for the vertical, build enablement materials, and partner with sales as the product voice.
• Iterate on product with data, retire non-landing features, and double down on successful ones.
• Collaborate with the platform team to generalize solutions for future sites.
