Job summary

CAIRE Inc. in Ball Ground, GA is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from concept to end of life. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Regulatory, and Finance to shape strategy, pricing, launches, and training.

A hardware background is preferred and travel up to 20% is expected. The role requires 5+ years in product management, strong analytics (Power BI, Excel, Salesforce), and excellent communication to drive market

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, business or management.
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated successful product management experience.
Background in hardware products is preferred.
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

Own full life-cycle management from development to end of life, including VOC, strategy, market opportunity and value propositions.
Drive roadmap for product development and OEMs; conduct regular roadmap reviews with stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams to enable product enhancements and new development projects.
Develop and deliver marketing content to support the product development process.
Define user needs and align business and technical strategies.
Lead product launches, pricing, positioning, and training with sales/marketing.
