Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Product Manager to guide strategy and execution for the Residual DNA analysis portfolio. You will shape the product vision and drive roadmaps across R&D, marketing, and sales to meet market needs and customer requirements.

You will translate challenges into opportunities, develop business cases, and lead launches from concept to commercialization. This leadership role spans global collaboration and customer-centric development.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 6+ years in scientific instruments, laboratory products, or life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in similar fields preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to build business cases and analyze opportunities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across organizations.
• Expertise in gathering and synthesizing Voice of Customer insights.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and new product development processes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to travel up to 25% including international travel.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and commercialization.
