What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner.
• Strong background in utilizing metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to drive decision-making and measure product success.
• Knowledge of building SaaS products and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Understanding of product support processes, including evaluating and prioritizing support issues.
• Experience in project and outsource management, ensuring timely and on-budget deliverables.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and user story writing within product management.
• Experience with software architecture for products and solutions.
• Familiarity with SDLC tools like Jira, GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices is a plus.
• A passion for excellence and attention to detail.
• Energetic, positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
