Job summary

Required: a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 5+ years in product management, plus strong collaboration, communication, and P&L management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for assigned product lines and drive growth.
• Develop and implement product-line strategies with cross-functional input.
• Capture market insights, set pricing, and compete on features.
• Lead development and launch of new products with cost/packaging alignment.
• Reduce product complexity and train sales teams.
• Identify new sourced or manufactured products to grow lines.
• Drive cost reductions and design improvements.
• Lead a high-performance team and facilitate item setup and pricing.
• Travel ~25% and some international travel.
