Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in product management with proven strategy and execution.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change.
• Experience managing P&L for visible product lines.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product line strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver objectives and initiatives.
• Mentor other product managers on IPG's PM process.
• Lead new item set-up, pricing approvals, quoting, and sales support.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and pricing to improve product line performance.
• Identify opportunities for new sourced or manufactured products.
• Drive cost reductions and design improvements as market needs shift.
• Develop tools and training to maintain sales force competency.
