Audiohook is seeking a Product Manager to connect customers, sales, leadership, and engineering to shape the platform. You will help inform strategy and roadmap by synthesizing customer needs, market signals, business priorities, product performance, and technical considerations.

You will collaborate across functions to translate insights into concrete requirements, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management, product operations, or related experience.
• Strong ability to influence and align across technical and commercial teams without direct authority.
• Experience building customer feedback loops and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Client Success, Revenue (Sales and Marketing), and leadership to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Translate customer needs, business goals, market signals, and stakeholder feedback into clear product requirements.
• Develop, prioritize, and execute product initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Bring structure and data to prioritization discussions, including opportunities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and expected impact.
• Define, track, and report on key product metrics, including adoption, engagement, utilization, performance, and business impact.
• Communicate and educate internal stakeholders and customers on product changes, functionality, and evolution.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success to ensure customer-facing teams understand new capabilities, limitations, positioning, and use cases.
