Job summary

Copeland in the Greater Atlanta area seeks a Product Manager to grow the Refrigeration Controls portfolio for Food Service applications. You will own products from concept to end-of-life and work closely with engineering, sales, and operations to shape a compelling roadmap and drive growth.

This role requires a technical degree, at least 3 years in product management or related roles, knowledge of electronics, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Engineering, Product Management, Technical Sales, or a similar technical role.
Knowledge of electronics, controls, or embedded systems.
Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product roadmaps, managing the full lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
Define product requirements based on customer, market, and business needs.
Manage product profitability and support business case development for new investments.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify market opportunities and enhancements.
Define product positioning and value propositions.
Support pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities.
Develop technical and commercial sales enablement materials.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure delivery and adoption.
Maintain accurate product data and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Drive continuous product improvements based on trends and customer feedback.
