Job summary

Hexion is seeking a Product Manager to own the Smartech AI data and compute infrastructure roadmap, ensuring reliable real-time ingestion, streaming pipelines, and storage that connect plant historians, SCADA, and IIoT from sources to Smartech products.

You will partner with platform teams to deliver scalable, secure data foundations, drive backlog toward timely milestones, and shape operator-facing experiences built on live data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product management / product ownership in Agile/Scrum.
• 2+ years in industrial / manufacturing software with real-time plant data.
• Proven record shipping operator- or operations-facing applications built on live / streaming data.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for ingesting real-time plant data from historians, SCADA, and IIoT sources.
• Lead delivery with data and infrastructure engineering in Agile/Scrum—owning the backlog, story writing, and sprint planning.
• Ensure data quality, security, and OT/IT compliance across connected plant environments.
• Drive uptime, throughput, and latency for streaming data; establish observability and incident response for plant-critical feeds.
