Job summary

Hexion Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for Smartech AI's operator- and operations-facing applications, including dashboards, alerting, visualization, and workflow tools built on live plant data.

You will translate platform capabilities into intuitive products that deliver measurable operational outcomes. You will drive usability, adoption, and engagement of operations dashboards and tools, working with plant teams in an Agile environment to ensure rapid, reliable deliveries

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product management / product ownership in Agile/Scrum
• 2+ years in industrial/manufacturing software (Industrial IoT, MES, SCADA)
• Proven delivery of operator- or operations-facing apps on live/streaming data

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for operator-facing apps and identify high-value plant-operations use cases across sites.
• Own usability and adoption of dashboards and alerting tools; drive operator engagement and trust.
• Lead discovery with operators and plant teams; manage backlog, write user stories, and plan sprints.
• Partner with plant operations and go-to-market on rollout and expansion across sites.
