Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product management / product ownership in Agile/Scrum.
• 2+ years in industrial / manufacturing software with real-time plant data.
• Proven delivery of operator-facing dashboards, alerts, or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for operator-facing apps; identify high-value plant-operations use cases across sites and workflows.
• Own usability and adoption of operations dashboards, alerting, and workflow tools; drive operator engagement and trust.
• Lead discovery with operators and plant teams; deliver in Agile/Scrum — backlog ownership, story writing, and sprint planning.
• Partner with plant operations and go-to-market on rollout, onboarding, and expansion across sites.
