Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Business Analyst for Real Assets and Real Estate to translate business needs into digital solutions. You will partner with business, data and engineering teams to gather requirements, define features and support delivery from discovery through launch.

You will help improve processes, support AI initiatives and drive data-informed decisions that create value for investment teams, with a salary range of $145,000-$165,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

3+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role in financial services.
Experience gathering requirements, creating functional specs or user stories, and supporting delivery to implementation.
Experience in Agile or product delivery environments with backlog management and sprint planning.
Strong stakeholder management to align priorities and manage risks across teams.
Excellent communication and analytical skills translating technical concepts to business.
