Job description

About us
nove8is a young tech company focused on mobile apps, from pet care to lifestyle. We build products that help people live, work, and connect in meaningful ways.

Today, we explore new directions, experiment, and create meaningful digital experiences for people around the world.

We care about what we build and how we build it, value fairness and trust, and believe that teamwork and curiosity help us move forward together.

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Product Manager to join our team — someone who takes full ownership of the product from day one and is ready to build it from the ground up. Your main mission is to launch and grow a mobile app in EdTech niche, turning early traction into a scalable, retention-driven product.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with design, engineering, content, and the GM to ship fast, experiment constantly, and make data-informed decisions at every step. You'll define the roadmap, own the metrics, and directly influence revenue.

If you're excited to shape the future of a fast-growing R&D product in a high-revenue niche, and love experimenting, iterating fast, and driving real revenue impact — join us. This is a rare chance to join a product at a strong growth stage with real budgets, real impact, and clear vertical growth potential.

What you'll do
  • Own the full product lifecycle — from discovery and hypothesis formation through spec, build, and post-release analysis
  • Identify and attack the core retention challenges in a subscription model — understand why users could leave and design interventions that keep them
  • Design and run rapid A/B experiments across onboarding, paywall mechanics, trial experience, and pricing — with a clear link to conversion and LTV
  • Build and iterate the post-payment product experience: create habit and perceived value early, before the trial window closes
  • Define and track the key product metrics that matter — not vanity metrics, but the ones that predict revenue
  • Work with UI/UX and engineers to translate product decisions into shipped features quickly
  • Collaborate with the GM on growth strategy, funnel optimization, and new monetization experiments
  • Lead the mobile app from 0 to launch: user research, feature scoping, roadmap, and team coordination as we scale
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and track how the market is evolving
  • Conduct user research: interviews, usability tests, in-app surveys
  • Bring structure: maintain a living roadmap, run clear prioritization, and keep the team aligned without bureaucracy
What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years of product management experience in consumer mobile apps
  • Strong command of retention and engagement mechanics: you understand why users leave, how to model churn, and what interventions actually work in subscription products
  • Data-driven by default: comfortable running A/B tests, reading funnel data, defining metrics, and making decisions under uncertainty without waiting for perfect data
  • Experience with subscription monetization — trial flows, pricing experiments, upsells, paywall design
  • Hands-on with growth loops and onboarding: you've personally improved activation or retention at a previous company and can explain exactly how
  • Sharp product sense: you can look at a user flow and quickly identify friction, false promises, or missed value moments
  • Comfortable operating as a near-solo PM — you can own the full stack (strategy → spec → delivery → analysis) without a PM team around you
  • User research experience: you've run interviews and usability sessions, not just read reports
  • Track record of owning a full product area end-to-end, not just shipping features
  • Good knowledge of English - Upper-Intermediate level or above
Also nice to have
  • Experience in EdTech, wellness, self-improvement, or other subscription consumer verticals driven by emotional purchase decisions
  • Exposure to mobile app development cycles from 0 to launch
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google) and how ad-product feedback loops work — understanding CAC constraints makes for better product decisions
  • Experience working with AI/LLM-powered features or personalization systems
  • Background in behavioral psychology, habit formation, or learning science — our product is built on these principles and deeper fluency here is a real edge
Our Benefits
  • Time-off Policy - unlimited Out of office days
  • Remote or Hybrid work. The choice is yours!
  • AI-assisted development tools compensation
  • Sport and education compensations
  • Psychologists compensation
  • Language courses compensation
  • Co-working compensation
  • Health insurance
  • 100% Sick Leave Compensation
  • Team buildings and offsites (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland and other)
  • Merch
  • Birthday presents
