Our products are solutions designed to tackle complex risk management challenges. The Product team ensures our offerings are intuitive, robust, and user-friendly, collaborating closely with clients and other teams to develop innovative solutions.
As a Product Manager for Onboarding and Enablement, you will collaborate across departments to onboard clients, deliver products and features, gather feedback, and improve offerings. You will manage the product lifecycle, coordinate release communications, documentation, training, and work with Client Success and Sales teams to ensure positive onboarding experiences.
You will also work with Business Systems and Service Management teams to automate contract and entitlement processes, ensuring clients have access to Moody's products for their operations.
The anticipated salary range for US-based roles is $118,700 - $172,250, plus incentive compensation. Moody's offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k), insurance, stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
