Job summary

Cardinal Health's Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics team provides BI support to internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers. The Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to design metrics and dashboards, improving workflow and customer experience.

You will lead projects to develop tools, define KPIs, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership, while maintaining documentation and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Skilled in gathering requirements from stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle priorities.
• Ability to learn and resolve technical challenges using available resources.
• Proactive, research-driven problem solving.
• Ability to identify process/tool improvement opportunities and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience querying, manipulating, and aggregating data for reporting and decision support.
• Experience with data visualization and data workflow tools (SSMS/SSRS, Tableau, BO, Alteryx) preferred.
• Understanding of relational databases; MS-SQL knowledge preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to improve processes is a plus.
• Healthcare domain experience (pharmacy, PBM, medical) is a plus.
• Experience with low/no code apps (QuickBase, OutSystems) is a plus.

What Product Or Solutions Marketing Contributes To Cardinal Health

Marketing assesses customer needs, market conditions, and competition to inform business strategy. This function provides analytics to support the business strategy of developing and commercializing services and managing them throughout their full life cycles to meet and exceed revenue and profitability objectives. Product & Solutions Marketing identifies customer needs and conducts research to inform marketing strategies and offerings. This function supports the teams to drive customer loyalty, sales growth, and improved profitability.

Job Summary

The Product Manager, Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics provides Business Intelligence support to internal solutions teams serving retail independent customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal solutions teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience
• Lead projects to design, develop, and implement solutions and operations performance metrics and analytics that provide critical information, insights, and decision support to leadership.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and content documentation.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of all data
• Assist in the guidance and technical skills development of less experienced analysts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 2-5 years of experience, preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Skilled in gathering requirements from stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle competing priorities
• Ability to quickly learn and resolve unfamiliar technical challenges using available resources
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, research-driven approach
• Ability to recognize opportunities to improve processes and tools and communicate with stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience with querying, manipulating, and aggregating data from business systems to produce meaningful reporting and decision support information.
• Demonstrated experience using data query, visualization, dashboard design tools, or data workflow tools (ex. SSMS/SSRS, Tableau, Business Objects, Alteryx, etc.) preferred
• Understanding of relational databases, MS-SQL knowledge and experience, preferred
• Experience using AI tools to improve business processes/efficiencies is a plus
• Pharmacy, PBM, medical, or other healthcare related experiences are a plus
• Experience building applications with low code/no code systems (ex. QuickBase, OutSystems, etc.) is a plus.
