Sparteo is seeking a Product Manager Privacy to own how consent signals are collected, read, and applied across web, app, and CTV. You will lead the Privacy squad and report to the VP Product, steering compliance with IAB TCF, GDPR, and US laws while protecting publishers’ revenue.
You will translate legal standards into actionable product specs for Actirise, Viously, and Meetscale, collaborating with engineering, DPO, and client teams in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

As the Product Manager Privacy, you own how every Sparteo product collects, reads and applies consent signals. This covers the engine of FastCMP, our Consent Management Platform (CMP), and every channel that sends these signals to buyers: Actirise, Viously, and our SSP Meetscale on web, app and CTV. You lead the Privacy squad and report to the VP Product.
Your mission: monetize as much traffic as possible within privacy rules. You turn standards and laws into clear product rules. You defend the compliant interpretation that protects our publishers’ revenue, and you never apply a rule more strictly than it requires.
Your key responsibilities1. Consent Engine & Frameworks
Own the roadmap of the FastCMP signal engine: IAB TCF, GPP, GPC (Global Privacy Control), Google Consent Mode and US privacy signals.
Define jurisdictions: which framework and which default behavior apply in each country.
Deliver each new standard version on time, on web, app and CTV.
2. Rules Every Channel Can Apply
Translate each standard and each law into product specifications for each channel: Actirise, Viously, Meetscale Web, App and CTV.
Own the compliance checklist that every consent-related initiative must pass.
Check with each channel PM that the signal is collected, respected and transmitted correctly.
3. Monetization Under Privacy Constraints
Separate what is mandatory from what is only recommended, and measure the revenue impact of each option before a decision.
Monetize traffic with no consent or partial consent: legitimate interest, contextual advertising, no-ad rules.
Apply the rule “measure, decide, apply”: no traffic is rejected or degraded without a measurement and a written decision.
4. Compliance, Vendors & Certifications
Own the IAB TCF and Google CMP certifications, and prevent any risk of deregistration.
Manage the vendor list and custom vendors.
Get each interpretation validated by our Data Protection Officer (DPO), who advises but does not decide.
5. Privacy Point of Contact for Clients & Partners
Be the product contact for strategic clients and partners on privacy topics: CMP migrations, regulator requests, buyer requirements.
Monitor upcoming regulations and standards, and turn them into roadmap items before they become urgent.
6. Agentic Exposure & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Apply the agentic-first principle: every privacy rule and configuration must be executable by an AI agent, with clean data contracts and proper access controls.
Work with Engagement (consent templates and A/B tests), UX Orchestration (CMP and paywall configuration), Analytics (signal measurement), FastCMP engineering and the DPO.
We are looking for someone who knows the rules well enough to know where they stop, and who defends revenue inside that frame.
At Sparteo, we believe diversity is a strength. We are committed to providing equal opportunities and fostering an inclusive work environment. We encourage applications from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
