About the RoleYou will be the company's first dedicated Product Analytics Leader.

Today, Product Managers at the company own their analytics end-to-end. While this has worked so far, the increasing complexity of our products, data, and decision-making requires deeper analytical expertise, stronger standards, and more advanced practices.

Your role is to build Product Analytics as a first-class capability across the company: a trusted partner to Product, a driver of better decisions, and a foundation for future scale.

You will work closely with Product Managers, other Analysts, Data Platform, Data Science, and Engineering teams across all domains (DSP, Performance, Supply, Platform).

What You'll DoYou will define, lead, and scale Product Analytics at the company. You will be expected to have and communicate a vision for what the function should be doing and its value , ensuring you evolve the Analytics organization for higher relevance and impact.

  • Product Analytics Strategy & Foundations
  • Structure complex and ambiguous problems into projects where data requires disambiguation.
  • Own project delivery from end-to-end, including planning the roadmap and managing resources (people and data).
  • Drive the development of new and insightful analytical approaches and statistical techniques to justify the validity of results.
  • Act as the Product Owner of analytics tools and data assets, overseeing interfaces, schedulers, and reporting systems.
  • Partnering & Influence
  • Lead large meetings with senior management with a focus on key decisions to be taken.
  • Arbitrate conflicts within projects in scope, both inside and outside of the team, ensuring alignment across functions.
  • Manage sensitive situations and relationships in other teams or functions without damage to the relationship or project delivery.
  • Proactively launch and support new projects for the business as a whole, identifying opportunities that go beyond immediate requests.
  • Metrics, Experimentation & Insights
  • Consistently lead and mastermind the hypothesis generation process to drive high-quality, MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) hypothesis trees.
  • Guarantee analyses are grounded in reality while effectively anticipating and resolving roadblocks before they occur.
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to distinguish correlation from causation in a real-time environment.
  • Team Building & Scale
  • Hire, retain, and motivate strong analysts and managers , creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm, fun, and commitment.
  • Mentor team members on best practices and develop them on all aspects of the Analytical function.
  • Own the knowledge management function in your area of expertise and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Provide input on organizational development, skill sets, and training plans.

What You Need Deep understanding of technology, products, and business environments, preferably in AdTech.

  • Proven ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience presenting work orally and in writing in a clear, synthetic way with actionable next steps to senior management.
  • Ability to adapt communication to the audience, bridging the gap between technical data and business strategy.
  • Strong statistical foundations, with the ability to drive the development of new statistical techniques for experimentation and causal reasoning.
  • Experience in planning and organizing team missions and evolutions, including resourcing.
  • High proficiency in SQL and data exploration, capable of structuring complex and ambiguous problems.

Our Interview ProcessWe respect your time. Here’s exactly what to expect — no surprises, no ghosting.

  • Recruiter screen — 30 min. We’ll share context; you’ll share yours.
  • Manager interview — Meet the person you’ll work with directly.
  • Technical Interview — A real problem, not a trick. We’ll work through it together.
  • Calibration interview — A senior leader joins to ensure we’re holding a consistent, high bar.
  • Offer — Fast. We don’t let good decisions sit.
  • (Senior roles only) Reference checks — Two calls, handled with discretion.

Our ValuesAt the company, we run on three values: Impact, Ambition, and Urgency. We tie every goal to a real business outcome, think 10x rather than settling for good enough, and move daily rather than waiting for perfect conditions.

You’ll thrive here if you own outcomes without needing direction, default to action, and hold yourself to results, not effort.

This is a high-performance environment with high-performance rewards: you’ll work alongside people who push you, with real ownership over hard problems in a market that’s moving fast.

If that sounds like the best version of your career, we want to meet you.

What We OfferAt the company, we want you to build something, own something, and grow fast. Here’s how we back that up:

  • Variable pay — based on objectives you hit. No arbitrary targets.
  • Hybrid flexibility — We’re in the Heart of Paris and our team is in 3x a week.
  • Health insurance — Full coverage via Alan.
  • Meal vouchers — Via Swile.
  • Annual offsite — The whole team, once a year, somewhere worth the trip.
  • Tech Syncs — Engineering and Product meet in person at least quarterly, worldwide.

Equal OpportunityVibe is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We believe the best ideas come from teams with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, please let us know.
