Job summary

Webull is seeking a foundational product leader to own the Prime Services strategy and roadmap, overseeing onboarding, account structures, and trading workflows across web, desktop, FIX, and API platforms.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Trading, Compliance, Operations, Risk, and client teams to deliver scalable buyside solutions and prioritize market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 6 to 8+ years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, technology, capital markets, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of institutional and buyside workflows, including onboarding, trading, order management, margin, risk, settlement, and post trade processes.
• Ability to translate complex business, operational, regulatory, and technical needs into clear product requirements and solutions.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms, with strong analytical skills using SQL and Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, technical teams, and sophisticated institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify product gaps, opportunities, and priorities for the Prime Services business.
• Lead client pilots, product launches, and ongoing improvements using client feedback, data, and business results.

About The Role & Team

Webull Institutional is building Prime Services, a modern institutional trading, financing, and technology platform designed for hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, and other professional market participants. The product will bring together institutional onboarding, master-sub account structures, DMA/FIX/API connectivity, low-latency execution, real-time risk and margin tools, securities lending and locates, DVP/RVP settlement, reporting, billing, and client service workflows into a unified platform experience.

This is a foundational product leadership role for building Webull’s Prime Services offering inside the institutional ecosystem. The role requires a strong understanding of buyside workflows, including execution, custody, clearing, margin, leverage, securities lending, stock borrow, allocations, settlement, reporting, and operations. You will partner closely with Engineering, Professional Services, Institutional Sales, Trading, Compliance, Operations, Risk, and institutional clients to define and deliver a scalable platform for sophisticated buyside users.

This role is based in our St. Petersburg, FL Global HQ, where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation. At Webull, we’re committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is $115,000 - 140,000 (Associate Director level) or $140,000 - 165,000 (Senior Associate Director level) annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits.
