Role demands 5+ years in product management for power/thermal domains, strong analytical and leadership skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Relocation offered and visa sponsorship not needed for US citizens.

Qualifications

• B.S.E. (EE/ME or related) with 5+ years in product management for power/thermal solutions.
• Strong technical grasp of power electronics and thermal management technologies.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Commercial judgement to set strategy, pricing, roadmaps, and revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% (domestic and international).
• Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion the product internally and externally — evangelizing solutions with sales, applications, channels, and customers.
• Define market needs, identify customer problems, and establish Go-To-Market strategies that achieve business results.
• Build strong relationships across executive leadership, engineering, sales, and global teams to ensure alignment.
