Job summary

Fidelity Institutional is seeking a Product Manager for Portfolio Construction Solutions (PCS) within Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions (WAMS). You will lead the development and maintenance of analytical tools used in the portfolio construction process, including platforms for portfolio risk & analytics, manager research, risk modeling, and optimization, with data-environment oversight.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance.
Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to translate user needs into measurable product improvements.
Strong experience as a product manager across multiple lifecycles.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills across Fidelity teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Motivation to drive product initiatives from idea to market.
Expertise with portfolio construction and wealth management concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering for new features/enhancements in the portfolio construction platform.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Bring curiosity and question the value of new features/enhancements.
Coordinate with developers, engineers, and UX designers to deliver features.
Assist with development and oversight of a robust data environment for internal and external use.
Ensure robust data quality checks are in place for tool usage.
Conduct product acceptance validation.
