Job summary
Spotify is seeking a Product Manager for the Podcast Platform Product Area to own catalog integrity, rights management, and platform safety. You will define systems that ensure content is safely published, fully cleared, and compliant with copyright, licensing, and applicable laws.
Collaborate with engineering, legal, licensing, Trust & Safety, and operations to build scalable solutions that protect creators, rightsholders, listeners, and the health of Spotify's catalog.
Qualifications
- Extensive product management experience shaping platform-level products.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to translate requirements into scalable engineering work.
- Ability to write clear user stories and work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the roadmap for catalog integrity, rights management, and platform safety.
- Partner with engineering to design scalable solutions and translate strategy into technical requirements.
- Build systems for content distribution that comply with copyright and licensing rules.
- Evolve Spotify Rights Center to empower rightsholders and creators.
- Collaborate with Legal, Licensing, Trust & Safety, and engineering on regulatory and business requirements.
- Work with Podcast Mission and platform teams to improve content quality, trust, and integrity.
