Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Manager for Pixel Help and Diagnostics to guide products from concept to launch, connecting engineering and business teams to deliver consumer software and hardware experiences at scale.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to define priorities, establish success metrics, and address telemetry gaps while focusing on user trust and satisfaction across Pixel products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in User Experience (UX) and developing consumer products.
• Experience developing consumer software and hardware products.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and managing product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Pixel Help and Device Health, including a suite of intelligent, AI-powered support and user tools for understanding and managing device performance.
• Set clear priorities and success metrics for improving user trust and satisfaction with Pixel products.
• Lead the identification and pursuit of innovative solutions across Android, Pixel Software and Hardware, Silicon, Customer Support, and other teams within Google.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build diagnostics, cloud-based support systems, and large language model (LLM) chatbot agents.
• Develop proactive monitoring for in-field issues and address major telemetry gaps affecting product quality metrics.
