Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Manager for Pixel Help and Diagnostics in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA. You will guide products from conception to launch, coordinating across Android, Pixel software/hardware, and customer support teams to deliver AI-powered diagnostics and on-device health tools.

The role emphasizes user trust, proactive telemetry, and collaboration with engineers, designers, and product teams to improve device performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in User Experience (UX) and developing consumer products.
• Experience developing consumer software and hardware products.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and managing product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Pixel Help and Device Health, including a suite of intelligent, AI-powered support and user tools for understanding and managing device performance.
• Set clear priorities and success metrics for improving user trust and satisfaction with Pixel products.
• Lead the identification and pursuit of innovative solutions across Android, Pixel Software and Hardware, Silicon, Customer Support, and other teams within Google.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build diagnostics, cloud-based support systems, and large language model (LLM) chatbot agents.
• Develop proactive monitoring for in-field issues and address major telemetry gaps affecting product quality metrics.
