Google in San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager to guide Pixel Help and Device Health from conception to launch, coordinating with engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver AI-powered support tools.

You will break down complex problems, define a multi-year roadmap, and align teams across Android, Pixel software/hardware, and customer support to improve user trust and product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of product management experience.
• Experience in UX and developing consumer products.
• Experience developing consumer software and hardware products.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and managing product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Pixel Help and Device Health, including AI-powered support and user tools.
• Set clear priorities and success metrics for improving user trust and satisfaction with Pixel products.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Android, Pixel Software and Hardware, Silicon, Customer Support, and other teams within Google.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build diagnostics, cloud-based support systems, and large language model (LLM) chatbot agents.
• Develop proactive monitoring for in-field issues and address major telemetry gaps affecting product quality metrics.
