Job summary

ASUS in Fremont, CA is seeking a Product Manager to own the lifecycle of Power Supply, Case, Case fan, and AIO cooler products. You will work with Marketing, Warehouse, Sales, and HQ to develop strategy, plans, and launch impactful products.

You will gather market insights, define roadmaps, enable sales with tools, and track KPIs to drive performance. Strong English and Mandarin preferred, Excel reporting experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management (Power Supply/ Case/ Case fan/ AIO cooler experience is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Components product line.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the PC industry.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Drive successful product launches, developing compelling positioning and messaging to maximize market impact.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, collateral, and training programs.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product features, functionality, and user experience.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate product performance against these metrics.
