Job summary

ASUS is seeking an Associate Product Manager in the OPBG department in Fremont, CA. You will support the Product Manager across the product life cycle, coordinating with Marketing, Warehouse, Sales, External Partners, and HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably at a technology company
• Experience creating reports using Excel and AI tools
• Strong ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

• Place weekly product orders through the internal e-commerce system and Oracle ERP
• Closely monitor shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze and compare products, pricing, and channels across the market
• Prepare go-to-market plans for new products and ensure messaging resonates with customers
• Conduct weekly analysis and forecasting, and prepare weekly reports and presentations
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, collateral, and training programs
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product features, functionality, and user experience
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Perform other duties as assigned
