What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess and shape the performance and direction of new and existing product lines, leading the development and execution of strategic product plans
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret key product performance metrics to develop recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new partners and develop strategies
- Track industry trends and competitive innovations to inform product development
- Serve as the Product Management business lead on cross-functional teams to enhance assigned products or programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, or related fields
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Information Technology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience in Fintech platforms, startups, or related areas
- Certification such as CSCIP/P
