Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a Patient Communications Product Manager in Juneau to oversee the patient communication platforms and related workflows. You will align with Revenue Cycle, Operations, IT, and other leaders to ensure accurate, timely, compliant messaging that supports enterprise standards.

You will lead configuration, testing, training, and ongoing optimization, while coordinating with stakeholders to improve adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 4 years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owner and administrator of patient communications platforms and workflows.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, IT, Marketing and Operations to design messaging content.
• Manage change, training, and adoption for new communication processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize messaging efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure governance and security standards.
