Job summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategies for Patient Assistance Programs. This critical role requires expertise in pharma services and product management to enhance patient access to therapies. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in healthcare technology, manage end-to-end product cycles, and work cross-functionally to optimize workflows. Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS.
• Direct experience in life-sciences/pharma services, specifically with Patient Support Programs.
• Proven ability to translate complex operational workflows into scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for PAP and Free Goods dispensing solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Own full lifecycle: discovery, requirements, build, launch, optimization.
