Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Product Details & Parts Solutions in our eCommerce space.

You will own the PDPs, diagrams, and model experiences to help customers identify the right parts and complete purchases with confidence. You will collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Catalog teams to translate customer needs into scalable product improvements, driving conversion and accuracy across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience owning customer-facing digital product experiences in eCommerce or related industries.
• Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong experience working with engineering teams in scrum/agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Details & Parts Solutions roadmap to increase confidence and purchase accuracy.
• Improve Product Detail Pages, specifications, compatibility, and key purchase considerations.
• Lead 2D part diagrams and 3D part models evolution for better part identification.
• Enhance Planned Maintenance Kit and Small Repair experiences.
• Translate customer behavior and data into prioritized product improvements.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver intuitive experiences and validate decisions.
• Lead end-to-end scrum process with clear agendas and stakeholders.
