Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for its Card Intelligence team in Chicago. You will guide a team of data scientists and engineers to build scalable ML-enabled products aligned with business outcomes, while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and a clear product roadmap.

You will define three-year roadmaps, balance risk, and drive customer-centric design across fast-paced, agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or related programs, or business/marketing background.
4+ years of Product Management experience (if no advanced degree).
Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead and guide a cross-functional team including data scientists and engineers.
Own and prioritize long-range ML infrastructure and model delivery roadmaps tied to business outcomes.
Define problem statements, align stakeholders, and drive measurable product outcomes.
Develop a 3-year vision and communicate risks and impediments to senior leadership.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
